Guest Post on Semi-Healthy Blog!

My good friend Amanda has a fantastic healthy lifestyle blog called the Semi-Healthy Blog and she recently asked me to write a guest post about my experiences with distance running. Since I am heavy into marathon training right now and doing some 2-3 hour runs on the weekends, I thought it would be interesting to write a post about how to fuel before, during and after long runs.
